Title – Weekend Facilities Worker
Requirements:
High school graduate, GED or equivalent required. Basic knowledge of heating and air conditioning units. Able to lift over 50 lbs. Bi-lingual (Spanish-English). Availability to work weekends.
Hours:
Part-time – Saturdays (1:00 pm – 6:00 pm) and Sundays (7:30 am – 1:00 pm)
Description:
Responsible for unlocking of church for masses and Religious Education Classes, straightening of pews after masses, cleaning and maintaining church bathrooms as well as Religious Ed. bathrooms, picking up classrooms after Religious Education, cleaning offices in rectory, light snow shoveling and salting of sidewalks at church and school, outside maintenance of campus, checking boiler and air conditioning system in church and school. Basic handyman duties. Starting wage of $10/hour but negotiable depending on knowledge of boiler and a/c systems and handyman skills.
